[PATCH v1 2/2]nand/denali Update get_nand_para functions

To remove the no used "DeviceInfo" struct, the variables used by some
functions should be removed first. This patch removed unused variables
in get_nand_para functions. Later patch will remove the "DeviceInfo"
struct.
