uncorrectable error : mtd->read(0x1fc bytes from 0x9e0e04) returned ECC error

Does nobody has an idea what is the reason for this errors, that
occurs when I want to mount
(mount -t jffs2 /dev/mtdblock5 /tmp) a jffs2 partition?
