I switched over to slab:
CONFIG_SLAB=y
CONFIG_SLABINFO=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB_LEAK=y

Then the device craches on : modprobe ubi mtd=5

Short log:
Unable to handle kernel paging request<1>
Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference<1>
Bus error at physical address 0xf4776064 (write access)

End this repeats over and over for these addresses:
0xf4776064, 0xef6ca91c, 0xf1c14cf0, 0xeee07824, 0xf7e198ac
0xff91a930, 0xec9cec1c, 0xe7459bc8, 0xe22ca9dc, 0xff2dfd58
And so on...

The complete log is 664 lines.
