MirrorBit FLASH Read/Write Issue

Hello: 
 
    I would like to know if someone out there has experienced the
following
problems in the S29GL064M90TFIR60 FLASH (MirrorBit Technology):
 
    - After two consecutive readings at the same random memory location,

	the first reading is all zeros, and the second one is the data
OK.
 
    - After programming one word to a random memory location, 
	the data stored is all zeros or the adjacent memory location is 
	affected with all zeros.
