Hello Yu Wanghao!

   It's seemed that you made a low level mistake.

   Plz read the the nandwrite's usage and code carefully:  "Usage:
nandwrite [OPTION] MTD_DEVICE INPUTFILE" ,  but your command is :
"nandwrite /tmp/hello /dev/mtd0 ."

   RTFM !
