[PATCH] basic pxa3 nand controller support

Below is the patch for basic pxa3xx nand controller support. PXA3xx does
not leave too much flexibility for NAND flash types, thus the nand flash
information is built-in. The driver below support only samsung 512Mb
small page and micron 1Gb large page, x8 / x16.
Depending on nand_ids.c to decide the nand flash type seems quite
difficult, since scan_ident() will complain about the incorrect
NAND_BUSWIDTH_16 while the buswidth has to be detected according
to the IDs.
