JFFS3 plan extension and user space prototype

Dear All!

We've updated our JFFS3 plan extension with many details, and mesurements.

We've also released a JFFS3 user space prototype. The goal of it was to
impelement it in a kernel-friendly way (make it relatively easy to use
this code later in kernel, too), and make possible to make performance
measurements.
