[PATCH] Add compatibility support for OOB in JFFS2

Hi,

This patch extend the compat_bits for normal node to OOB in order
to achieve flexible compatibility for OOB.
I think JFFS2_FEATURE_RWCOMPAT_COPY has no meaning for OOB, so this
type of node is handled by the same way as JFFS2_FEATURE_RWCOMPAT_DELETE.
