Linux support for AMD S29GL256N flash

Hi,
I would like to know whether there is support for AMD S29GL256N flash chip
as part of the 
support for AMD/Fujitsu flash chips. 

 Are any modifications required in the file driver/mtd/chips/amd_flash.c in 
order to support the above said chip.
