mtd/util code kernel 2.4.25

Hello,

Can anyone tell where I can get the whole mtd code
which are integrated into kernel 2.4.25? 
Since Linux kernel doesn't include mtd/util code, I
cannot find a proper mtd/util code which matches
kernel 2.4.25. For example the mtd/util code of
20020731 of  daily snapshot is too old and doesn't
support 2KB page Nand flash.
