Doesn't MTD driver recognize DOC-PLUS64MB?

I am developing a Linux board with Disk on Chip-PLUS64MB,
 using Redhat9 (MTD driver and Linux kernel 2.4.20) However,
 I cannot make DOC in operation.
 I doubt MTD driver doesn't correspond to DOC.

Please teach me hints to make DOC in operation by using MTD driver.
