Errr - that should be that CONFIG_MTD_CFI_UTIL should be turned on when
any of CONFIG_MTD_CFI_INTELEXT, CONFIG_MTD_CFI_AMDSTD or
CONFIG_MTD_CFI_STAA are turned on.
