NAND file systems paper

Hi Folks.

I found this interesting looking paper today while scrounging the www. 

It mentions our favourite file systems (JFFSx and YAFFS), but is really about 
the ones that make dwmw2's have chest pains and bulging arteries in his neck 
and how to improve them.

I have not had much of a read yet, but the performance (relative to FTL) and 
pictures look good.
