DQ5 Warning

Hi all,

I use an AMD AM29LV800BB NOR-Flash and during writes I often get :

"Warning: DQ5 raised while program operation was in progress, however
operation completed OK"

Can this be considered as an error ? If yes, what could be wrong ?
If this is "almost" normal, it's not nice to get lot of these messages
on the console.
