Problems with 128MB DoC 2000

Care to venture a guess as to the problem? It's working just fine under
DOS/Windows on the same hardware...

Is there any chance of my obtaining programming information for this
part? I'd like to help get it working.

Any further tests I should run? So far, I've been trying 2.4.21 + MTD
CVS.
