Mapping driver + MT28F0083B

Hallo,
this is a patch against CVS snapshot-20021217 for a mapping driver for the
CPCI-735/736.

It's the mapping driver and an additional flash in jedec_table[]. Would be
great to integrate that into the CVS.
I tested this with a 2.2.18 kernel.

Is there anything else todo? It's my first patch send to mailing list.
