Am29LV065D

[somshekar kadam]

hi 
    i using Am29LV065D chip 8mb
 i am able to read from the chip
  when i write into it contents are not changed
     i am using crix processor with rtlinux kernel
2.4.1
its getting timed out when i try to erase a  sector
and coming out saying mtd erase failure
any suggestions
