MTD flash database now available

Hello folks.

A MTD flash device database is now available at:
http://www.embeddedlinuxworks.com/db.html

If you have managed to get a particular brand of flash/Doc/RAM/ROM/FRAM 
etc. etc. working under the MTD drivers please consider taking a few 
moments to enter your data in the above database.

This will be a great help to folks that want to know if a particular type 
of flash chip is supported under MTD, which driver file to use for it, how 
many folks have had success with it, if any exclusions apply etc.
