flash file system

Hi,
i want to install flash file system on uCdimm and want to get two harddisk 
root fs and (r/w) user disk.i read somebody could  it for uCsimm( 
http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/archive/0007.html ).
The uCdimm module have atmel 2 Mb flash chip(AT49BV1614) i have read flash 
database on http://www.embeddedLinuxWorks.com/db.html but i couldn't  see 
support for atmel chips. Does anybody know applying it for uCdimm or is there 
another way?
