Compilation errors on 2.2.14 kernel

You need to grab a copy of linux/include/linux/compatmac.h from a more 
recent kernel. Best bet is just to use 2.2.16 instead - why do you want to 
use a kernel which has known security flaws?

You'll also need to apply this (in reverse, sorry):
