Daily CVS snapshot tarballs

For those of you whose sysadmins have firewalled you so badly that you
can't get at the CVS tree, and for whom the baseball bat treatment doesn't
work, I've put a current copy of the CVS tree in
	ftp.uk.linux.org:/pub/people/dwmw2/mtd/cvs/mtd

Unless I've screwed up the cron job, it'll update itself every night at
23:00 UK time, and also create a tarball in the parent directory.
