Request for kernel with DOC2000

Has anybody succeeded in compiling a kernel with the MTD drivers 
in it (not as modules) to run with the DiskOnChip 2000?

I would appreciate if someone would be able to send me such a 
kernel either to dviro at ibm.net, or perhaps put it in some FTP.
