mtd: fsl-quadspi: Rename SEQID_QUAD_READ to SEQID_READ
There are some read modes for flash, such as NORMAL, FAST,
QUAD, DDR QUAD. These modes will use the identical lut table base
So rename SEQID_QUAD_READ to SEQID_READ.
