mips: nand: make use of mtd_to_nand() where appropriate

    mips: nand: make use of mtd_to_nand() where appropriate
    
    mtd_to_nand() was recently introduced to avoid direct accesses to the
    mtd->priv field. Update all MIPS specific implementations to use this
    helper.
