mtd: atmel_nand: remove pmecc_bytes_per_sector, use chip->ecc.bytes instead
For PMECC, the pmecc_bytes_per_sector has same meaning as ecc.bytes.
So remove pmecc_bytes_per_sector and use ecc.bytes instead.
