mtd: socrates_nand: convert to mtd_device_register()

    mtd: socrates_nand: convert to mtd_device_register()
    
    Convert to mtd_device_register() and remove the CONFIG_MTD_PARTITIONS
    preprocessor conditionals as partitioning is always available.
