[MTD] Allow alternate JFFS2 mount variant for root filesystem.

    [MTD] Allow alternate JFFS2 mount variant for root filesystem.
    
    With this patch, "root=mtd3" and "root=mtd:foo" work for a JFFS2 rootfs.
