Log Message:
Apply Mark Meade's unification of 
DiskOnChip 2000 and DiskOnChip Millennium code.
Just as with stage2 or Linux MTD DiskOnChip driver,
the stage1 code will determine page size by looking
at the manufacturer and chip ID numbers.
