Log Message:
Flush of mtd drivers developed as part of the linuxBIOS effort.
- The definition of cfi->cfi_mode has flipped so updated the
  appropriate defines, and started using them through out the code.
- For cfi_cmdset_0002 implement the chip erase command and speed up
  the waiting for erases to finish.
- Various fixes to the probe routes so we don't overrun our flash chip
- Add more chips to jedec_probe.c, and consolidate it's reset.  
- Add references to JEDEC standard JESD21C a precursor to the JEDEC CFI standard
- Remove references to the non existent intel probe
- Add map driver for the AMD766 southbridge
- Add map driver for the intel 82801 (ICH2) southbridge
- Add map driver for the alpha ds10
- Update map driver for the intel l440gx motherboard
- Update the physmap driver so it will probe both for CFI devices and
  for JEDEC devices
