Added cfi_intelext_lock(), do_lock_oneblock(), cfi_intelext_unlock() and
do_unlock_oneblock().  Put back ofs_factor in cfi_read_query() addr param.
Added checking for lock bit in status in write and erase functions to return
error code.  Added read status register command to FL_STATUS case at top
of read, write and erase functions when determining if chip is ready.
