Reworked size detection to work when the BUGFIX is not enabled.

Added module options asize and msize to allow user setable aperature and
memory sizes.  This is currently needed due to the way the pmc551 firmware
is typicaly loaded.  After initial loading we have no solid understanding
of the exact memory size, so user intervention is required.  Ramix has 
promised to fix the firmware to allow a way around this.  It may be
necessary to walk the SROM to discover memory size.

Have a few work arounds for the spinning on the silicon bugs.  Not a solid
fix, but workable for now.

Reworked the output verbosity.  Module also now supports a debug option.

Various minor bugfixes.
