Log Message:
Switch statement for loading command set drivers. No longer uses
inter_module_xxx to find command set drivers which are statically
linked into the kernel. This means that it works on 2.0, and also
doesn't have ugly link order dependencies on 2.[24].

Based on the idea from Erwin Authried.
