Add 'self' arg to map->set_vpp.
Revert to single definition of do_##funcname. With 
inter_module_get_request() defined to return NULL unconditionally, the 
differences will get optimised out anyway, except for the fact that this 
one doesn't oops if the chipset driver isn't linked in.
