Log Message:
Moved garbage collection to a kernel thread.  Need to improve thread scheduling as
per comment in intrep.c:thread_should_wake().  Currently, thread wakes up every
30 seconds and then immediatly goes back to sleep.  You can force collection by
monkeying with the defines in jffs.h.
