Added cfi_build...() inline functions to be able send cfi commands to all possible chip geometry.
Added defines (see CFIDEV_*) to control how much code is compiled in:
it is now possible to compile for only one geometry (eg 4 x16 chip in 8 bit mode).
By default, all geometries are compiled in.
