Thanks for your comments, I will modify the definition for
mtk_smi_larb_clamp_port_mt8188, and macro 'SMI_COMMON_CLAMP_MASK'
could be removed.

Yes, there is gals in MT8188 hardware design. And the 'gals' clock
may be the same as the 'apb' and 'smi' clock.
