Nope. Drop all this downstream junk style.
This applies everywhere - there is no C type or member declaration
(except pre-processor) which is upper case. Nowhere.
The fact you send such code means you push downstream code, which is not
how you upstream stuff.
Drop entire driver and start from scratch from decent and recent driver
which has already fixed all this weirdness.

duplicated, but tricky to say.
Uptreaming this stuff will take many iterations, so start from dividing
your work into proper reasonable and logical chunks.
