I see. I looked at examples and DTS files with "allwinner,sun4i-a10-sid"
binding but I missed others. For reference fixed cells are used in:
1. sun50i-a64.dtsi
2. sun50i-h6.dtsi
3. sun50i-a100.dtsi
I'll fix that soon!
