[PATCH net-next v2 06/12] net: wwan: tmi: Add AT & MBIM WWAN ports

Adds AT & MBIM ports to the port infrastructure.
The WWAN initialization method is responsible for creating the
corresponding ports using the WWAN framework infrastructure. The
implemented WWAN port operations are start, stop, tx, tx_blocking
and tx_poll.
Adds Modem Logging (MDLog) port to collect modem logs for debugging
purposes. MDLog is supported by the RelayFs interface. MDLog allows
user-space APPs to control logging via MBIM command and to collect logs
via the RelayFs interface, while port infrastructure facilitates
communication between the driver and the modem.
