I have tested
make DT_CHECKER_FLAGS=-m dt_binding_check
DT_SCHEMA_FILES=Documentation/devicetree/bindings/nvmem/mtk,efuse.yaml

make ARCH=arm64 dtbs_check
DT_SCHEMA_FILES=Documentation/devicetree/bindings/nvmem/mtk,efuse.yaml

Is the following correct as final version ?

properties:
  compatible:
    oneOf:
      - const: mediatek,mt8173-efuse
#Don't use this in new dts files
        deprecated: true
      - const:
mediatek,efuse
        deprecated: true
        description:

Please use mediatek,efuse as fallback.
      - items:
          - enum:

- mediatek,mt7622-efuse
              - mediatek,mt7623-efuse

- mediatek,mt8173-efuse
              - mediatek,mt8183-efuse

- mediatek,mt8192-efuse
              - mediatek,mt8195-efuse

- mediatek,mt8516-efuse
          - const: mediatek,efuse

Thanks a lot,
Allen
