Hi,

I am using a LX800 board with following hardware on Debian 5.0 with 2.6.28 kernel:

debian:~# lspci
00:01.0 Host bridge: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] CS5536 [Geode companion] Host Bridge (rev 33)
00:01.1 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] Geode LX Video
00:0e.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 8255xER/82551IT Fast Ethernet Controller (rev 10)
00:0f.0 ISA bridge: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] CS5536 [Geode companion] ISA (rev 03)
00:0f.2 IDE interface: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] CS5536 [Geode companion] IDE (rev 01)
00:0f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] CS5536 [Geode companion] Audio (rev 01)
00:0f.4 USB Controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] CS5536 [Geode companion] OHC (rev 02)
00:0f.5 USB Controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] CS5536 [Geode companion] EHC (rev 02)

After resuming from Suspend to ram (ACPI S3 state) I noticed that there is no audio at all. I checked the dmesg output but did not see any strange messages from audio driver.

I am using CONFIG_SUSPEND=y method in the kernel.

No matter how I put my computer to S3 state, the audio won't work.
echo mem> /sys/power/state
s2ram -f
pm-suspend

At this time, I am wondering if the CS5535 audio driver does not support resuming functionality or is there something that I am missing?

Let me know if more information is needed.

Thanks
