lxv4l2 patch for kernel 2.6.26

Hi all,

I am thinking of migrating to kernel 2.6.26 due to some additional drivers
included in the kernel ... but I still need the Geode LX V4L2 patches which
are for 2.6.22.

Has anybody ported and successfully compiled the geode  v4l2 patches to
2.6.26?
