Creating toolchain for Samsung S3C24xx

Can anyone point me to an example on setting up a cross compile
toolchain for the Samsung S3C2416
Or even better a deb for ubuntu 15.10 amd64?

My only experience with kernel compiles for arm is on the BeagleBone
but I don't know if linaro supports samsung s3c2416?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
