[PATCH 10/15] MAINTAINERS: Use linux-pm mailing list for Samsung Exynos ACPM thermal driver

List the power management and thermal subsystem mailing list
(linux-pm at vger.kernel.org) instead of the general
linux-kernel at vger.kernel.org list under SAMSUNG EXYNOS ACPM THERMAL
DRIVER.
