[PATCH v2 10/13] ARM: dts: imx6q-h100: rename port to port at 0 for mipi_csi

mipi_csi port at 0 is input port. There are not 'port' at binding doc. Rename
it to port at 0 and add reg = <0> to fix below CHECK_DTBS warnings:
  arch/arm/boot/dts/nxp/imx/imx6q-h100.dtb: mipi at 21dc000 (fsl,imx6-mipi-csi2): 'port' does not match any of the regexes: '^pinctrl-[0-9]+$', '^port@[1-4]$'
