[PATCH v2 04/11] gpio: Add Cortina Systems CS75xx GPIO driver

Fil Dunsky via B4 Relay devnull+filipp.dunsky.gmail.com at kernel.org
Mon Oct 12 20:47:02 PDT 2026

From: Fil Dunsky <filipp.dunsky at gmail.com>

Add a driver for the GPIO banks of the Cortina Systems CS75xx SoCs. The
data and direction registers are handled by gpio-mmio; each bank has its
own interrupt with level and edge triggers, both edges are emulated by
flipping the polarity.

A pin only works as a GPIO when its bit in the bank's GPIO_MUX register
is set. The driver sets it when a line is requested as a GPIO or as an
interrupt and restores the value found at probe time when the line is
released.
