One further data point: our platforms using offset 2 for a TPM DSM have
an FF-A 1.2 SPMC. I'd like to keep 1.2 support if possible, since
FFA_MSG_SEND_DIRECT_REQ2 was added in 1.2. How would you handle version
negotiation in ffh.c when the transport may already have negotiated a
version?
