[PATCH 1/5] arm64: dts: apple: t8140-j700: Fix property ordering

[Yureka Lilian]

The ordering requirements changed between 7.3 and 7.4.
The original t8140-j700.dtsi was developed against the 7.3
dt-check-style rules. Adjust it to the new ordering.
