[PATCH v12 03/16] drm/bridge: dw-hdmi-qp: Remove unused workqueue include and define

[Cristian Ciocaltea]

linux/workqueue.h is no longer needed, and SCRAMB_POLL_DELAY_MS is
unused.

Remove them.
