[PATCH v3 7/9] ARM: OMAP2+: ti816x: Remove hwmod code for USB

Remove the TI Sitara DM816x deprecated hwmod code from the hwmod data
file in favour of the ti-sysc implementation. Tested on DM8168-EVM.
